We are continually learning more and more the importance of the Mind + Body connection. The important role it plays in our healthy lives can not be overlooked anymore. In a day in age where society pressures us to always look ahead to the next goal. To work more and play less. To push ourselves to our physical limits where we finally can’t take it anymore. 

Besides weight and obesity issues plaguing America with no end in site. We have seen growth in Cancer, cardiovascular disease, depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders. It is time for us to stop killing ourselves literally by killing our minds.

YOGA CLASSES – We offer many forms of yoga from beginner to advanced. Classes range from Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, and Ashtanga. We also offer specialized small groups in Restorative, Fertility, and Seniors yoga

 

MEDITATION SESSIONS – Meditation is about bringing our conscious thoughts inward. Escaping the outside world and its constant distractions. Meditation can be practiced in as little as 10-20 minutes daily. An old Zen saying states “You should sit in meditation 20 minutes day, unless your to busy; then you should sit for an hour

 

PERFORMANCE MINDSET PROGRAMS – We proudly have teamed with Vision Pursue to offer our clients their performance program. This is the same program used by professional organizations from the NFL, MLB, individual pro-sports athletes, TEVA Neurosciences and other distinguished national organizations. These practices help get to the root cause of emotional volatility and stress, eliminating it, and helping one achieve overall well-being through achieving fulfillment in the now.
