Private training individualized for you. This is the quickest way to help you meet your goals because every session is geared solely towards you. Need to work on problem areas? Want to strengthen weaknesses? Need the motivation to get to the next level? Then Private sessions are for you! 

Single Session:

$65 per session (1hr. session) / $35 (1/2hr. session)

10 Pack of sessions:

$600 (1hr. session) / $300 (1/2hr. session)


Tandem Training  (2 clients)


Sometimes training with your spouse is the best way to spend quality time together. Or maybe you got a friend who helps motivate and push you. Whatever the case is a workout partner always makes the struggle a little more enjoyable. Sign-up with a friend, family member, co-worker, or make a new friend and work on getting healthy together!

Single session:

$40 per person

10 Pack of sessions:

$350 per person


Small Group Training (3-4 clients)


Do you like working hard with others? Does competition motivate you? Small group training brings together teamwork, hard-work, and success! With groups ranging from 3-5 people you’ll always have someone beside you working hard, sweating, and gritting it out with you. All under the guidance and supervision of a trainer giving direction to each person through out. 

Single session:

$25 per person

10 Pack of sessions:

$225 per person
